Robert Herold from DEEP was the only salesperson who was able to "think outside the box" in order to get us the right size doors, but at a price that was affordable. We are EXTREMELY happry with the quality of the ProVia doors, and Robert's "can do" attitude. He definitely know his products. I think the key to his success was also in the fact that he's also worked as an installer in the past for DEEP as well, so he can look at a job and know exactly what customers need. We cannot say enough good things about DEEP. It's so hard to find companies that provide top-quality products and services, but at affordable prices.
